I was in there today and was greeted with a smile and asked what could be done for me and nothing was a bother I was given great service nothing was to small a job my glasses adjusted and a nose lug replaced one had just broken on my sunglasses, while at the Metro 15/11/19 Thank you ! I recommend them. Service 5 Stars !

Lovely staff, fantastic service! I bought a pair of glasses and the gentleman who served me spent ages helping me find the right pair to suit my budget. They had a very wide selection of nice frames at a variety of price points. To top it off on another occasion I brought in a pair of sunglasses which I had bought elsewhere which had warped out of shape - not only did he fix them but he also gave me a hard case all free of charge!

Brilliant! Always happy to help even when it’s just fixing frames sat on by your children!! Highly recommended.

The team at Metro specs are great had great experiences and best of all they care about your vision needs and are not pushy. There is a great range of glasses for all face shapes and I have had a lot of compliments about my glasses!

Friendly and incredibly fast service. I ordered prescription glasses on Sunday around lunch time and before 10am Monday they were ready. They also tightened my sunglasses purchased elsewhere for me as well :)

I am so so pleased that I went to Metrospecs. I have been walking past this shop for years and only went in on recommendation by my Ophthalmologist. I wish I had gone in sooner. The optometrist that I saw listened and was very patient. AND THE SERVICE! Oh my! Sarah helped me with my new glasses and she listened to what I needed and how I wanted to look. I felt very safe in her hands and I have come away with FABULOUS glasses that I can actually see with. I will be a long time customer for sure and will bring my family there too.

Metro Specs have been looking after my eyes for over 30 years. Even now that I have moved from the area I continue to go there for my eyecare needs. The team are friendly and very professional. They have the latest equipment and always have the latest trends in frames to choose from. I thoroughly recommend them.
