Lovely staff, fantastic service! I bought a pair of glasses and the gentleman who served me spent ages helping me find the right pair to suit my budget. They had a very wide selection of nice frames at a variety of price points. To top it off on another occasion I brought in a pair of sunglasses which I had bought elsewhere which had warped out of shape - not only did he fix them but he also gave me a hard case all free of charge!

I went in Metro Specs today and needed a pair of glasses repaired no optometrist was able to find a screw to fit my frame but Metro Specs saved the day. Thank you for your help and prompt service. I was in there today and was greeted with a smile and asked what could be done for me and nothing was a bother I was given great service nothing was to small a job my glasses adjusted and a nose lug replaced one had just broken on my sunglasses, while at the Metro 15/11/19 Thank you ! I recommend them. Service 5 Stars !

Peter and Aimee work as a great team together and were accommodating and helpful to my needs, Their hospitality was 10/10, unlike my unaided vision.

The service at Metro Specs is top notch. They let me use my old frames and then fitted my old lenses to some previous frames for no extra charge and a smile. I've been going there since I got glasses and they've always been friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Optical medical care is superb. The service is marvelllus and super friendly. Norm is great at finding specs that really suit you, at the appropriate price. I have been going to Metro Specs for 20+ years and would not dream of going anywhere else for my eye care or glasses.

Only went in because I had lost one of the screws in my reading glasses (purchased elsewhere but fixed here for free). A small thing, but very impressed with the friendly and helpful service. Thank you!

Best ever and extremely lovely staff!!

Fabulous independent local optometrists. Asked them to help adjust my glasses that I had brought in London, they did so without a moments hesitation and did a great job. Two other well known chain stores refused to help even when I offered to pay them.
