Always great service and helpful advice

I had a really good experience here. Normally it's a struggle to find wide enough frames but they had lots of options, and were incredibly helpful. Took all the stress out of it and made it a pleasant experience. And they had the lenses in store so I was able to leave with the glasses that day- I've literally never had that before, amazing! There's a cute pair of Prada's I plan to go back for. Highly recommend Metro Specs.

Amazing experience. Walked in (on the recommendation of a friend) to ask them to try fix my sunglasses which were bent and missing a lens. Did it straight away - at no cost. Such lovely staff! Pop in.

Our family of 6 has been customers at Metrospecs for about 20 years. They have always been super friendly, helpful and amazing at the service they offer. Norm is great at helping select the right frames to suit our faces plus our current budget. The optometrists are really thorough and they correctly diagnosed a potentially dangerous problem for my eyes. We would not go anywhere else.

I just dropped into Metro Specs with a pair of broken glasses. They fixed them within a minute free of charge and I was on my way again. Thank you for great service.

Optical medical care is superb. The service is marvelllus and super friendly. Norm is great at finding specs that really suit you, at the appropriate price. I have been going to Metro Specs for 20+ years and would not dream of going anywhere else for my eye care or glasses.

I went into Metro Specs and the experience was amazing. Staff were very pleasant. It was late on a Saturday and they were so full of energy and made me feel so comfortable. The optometrist was very thorough with her testing and gave me great advice. Pete was super helpful with selecting the right glasses for me! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Look forward to seeing everyone again!

Friendly and incredibly fast service. I ordered prescription glasses on Sunday around lunch time and before 10am Monday they were ready. They also tightened my sunglasses purchased elsewhere for me as well :)
