Colin my optometrist was very thorough and also kind and I felt I was in competent hands. Will definitely use them again. Also the location is very convenient in the Marrickville Metro so I can combine with other tasks.

Metro Specs have always been thorough and personable. The staff have changed over the years but the attention to and for their customers remains steadfast.

Metro Specs have been looking after my eyes for over 30 years. Even now that I have moved from the area I continue to go there for my eyecare needs. The team are friendly and very professional. They have the latest equipment and always have the latest trends in frames to choose from. I thoroughly recommend them.

Superb service, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful for picking the style and after-sale service. So glad I came back here not somewhere else. Also -- 1 day to get my glasses ready! Amazing.

Amazing experience. Walked in (on the recommendation of a friend) to ask them to try fix my sunglasses which were bent and missing a lens. Did it straight away - at no cost. Such lovely staff! Pop in.

I just dropped into Metro Specs with a pair of broken glasses. They fixed them within a minute free of charge and I was on my way again. Thank you for great service.

I am so so pleased that I went to Metrospecs. I have been walking past this shop for years and only went in on recommendation by my Ophthalmologist. I wish I had gone in sooner. The optometrist that I saw listened and was very patient. AND THE SERVICE! Oh my! Sarah helped me with my new glasses and she listened to what I needed and how I wanted to look. I felt very safe in her hands and I have come away with FABULOUS glasses that I can actually see with. I will be a long time customer for sure and will bring my family there too.

I had an issue with dry eye, the Optometrist Colin was very professional and the front of house staff were very engaging . I will definitely recommend this practice to friends and family.

The team at Metro specs are great had great experiences and best of all they care about your vision needs and are not pushy. There is a great range of glasses for all face shapes and I have had a lot of compliments about my glasses!

Ive been a client at Metro Specs since 2006 and for the last 20 years have enjoyed incredible service from the entire team. From the front desk to the optometrists to the range of eyewear they stock. The moment you enter you are treated more like family than a customer and they go out of their way to provide that extra mile in service and standards. I cant say enough regarding Metro Specs except I highly recommend.

Once again, I've had outstanding service. Everyone who works there is wonderful. I highly recommend them. I've been to other eyeglass stores; they aren't a patch on these guys. I wish every service was as smooth as this...I will be back time and again.
